“The Growler,” Craft Beer Magazine, 2014

Over the summer of 2014, I took an Editorial Design course at School of Visual Arts in New York with Robert Best, the Creative Director at Best & Co Design and the Nation.

I put together a magazine called “The Growler” for craft beer lovers. A friendly and inclusive magazine, The Growler is for people who love good beer, good food, and good company.

I made this magazine using modern typography, witty advertising, and friendly art and photography. I was the art director, graphic designer, editor, and illustrator. I absolutely loved working on this project.

The more I worked on this magazine, the more I wanted to subscribe to it!
