9/11 Tribute Center, Website Redesign, 2013-14
After more than a year evangelizing usability and responsive design, I proposed a redesign of the 9/11 Tribute Center’s website. I was team leader of an interdepartmental team, training colleagues in web design, responsive design concepts and usability.
The website redesign was focused on building a responsive website that improved user experience on all devices with clear, concise content.
I reviewed and edited all written content and images, and consulted with Bearded, an amazing design firm, to build the site with WordPress. The site went live in March of 2014.
